How to Install:
(1) Align the base on the wall, then mark the midpoint of the holes on the wall with pencil
(2) Drill holes in the spots where you've marked
(3) Slide the plastic expansion anchor into the wall
(4) Line up the base and put the bolt washers through the screw, then insert the screw into the plastic anchor and start to turn clockwise
(5) Install the screw caps on the head of screws
